I currently do not accept returns however do offer full/partial refunds for certain problems you may have. If an item has arrived damaged due to shipping, an accidental shipment of wrong item or any other problems with your order please click the contact section of my website to email me.
I also currently do not accept order cancellations under most circumstances so please ensure you have selected the right pieces to add to your cart. Please make sure you have entered the correct address and house name/number. If not I will email asking for the correct address and if I do not get a reply after a week I will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
tracking your parcel and expected delivery dates
All customers get an email when their order is shipped, with a confirmation of everything that they have ordered and a tracking number if they have purchased with tracked shipping. I currently use Royal Mail to deliver and the estimated delivery date to the uk is 2-5 working days. If your order has not arrived after a week/1-3 weeks outside of the Uk please contact me!!
what is pre order and how does it work?
If an item is titled as PRE ORDER then the estimated delivery date is usually around 1-3 weeks or 1-4 weeks at busy times of year. Pre order is when I don't have this item ready to ship and get it from my supplier which takes longer, however it will be shipped to you as normal!
What material is your jewellery? Is it waterproof?
Most of my jewellery is either made of sterling silver, stainless steel or a variety of metals. I would not recommend getting your jewellery wet however the sterling silver and stainless steel pieces are okay to go near water. I try to put the material of my jewellery in the product description however if this isn't there please contact me for more info.
